Mug Making at The Roastery

A wholesome afternoon of creating your own mug with clay, sipping delicious coffee & eating yummy treats. All in a relaxed and casual setting - the coolest local coffee roasting location with awesome vibes to match!

You will be guided through the process of hand building your own vessel, all materials and tools are supplied. Never tried Pottery before? this workshop is absolutely suitable for beginners!

Ticket price includes:

Coffee/hot drink freshly made

Nibbles ~ selection of sweet slices & other yummy platter snacks

Enough clay to make a mug and handle

All the tools you need

Guidance from me to craft the vessel from start to finish

2 kiln firings

Your piece will be carefully taken back to my studio and glazed with a white glaze, this will not only make it look profesh but will make it safe to drink from.  You can then collect your finished piece around 3-4 weeks later when you get the text/email, Voila!

I will take every care with your finished piece but I can not be held responsible for cracks or glaze issues once fired...I'm afraid we put our trust in the kiln gods.

*Minimum numbers are required for the event to go ahead. Ticketholders will be notified of any cancellation due to low attendance within 48 hours of event date and provided with a full refund*

Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your class for any reason please contact us asap so that we may attempt to assist you in finding a replacement for your seat in the class. Whilst we will do our best to accomodate, we cannot guarantee refunds.

Non-attendance

If you are unable to attend class for personal reasons, bad weather or illness unfortunately we can not offer refunds.
