An afternoon to fill your cup! A Reformer Pilates class (suitable for beginners) with the lovely Olivia in her beautiful cbd studio, followed by a pottery painting workshop.
You will have your own mug to decorate with guidance and tips from me - suitable for even the least creative girly!
